2020/6/2 - Patch v5.5.1

v5.5.1 has been released to the installer. This is a minor release, which includes a fix for LBX Cluster being rather loud, a fairly substantial change to the TTS systems (now they are split between two that grant accuracy and two that grant evasion ignore and they top out at +2), a core mod dll update, and a brand new Clan mech, the Medusa (a modder original 50 ton super fast search-and-destroy Clan battlemech).

IMPORTANT: v5.5.1 is an "update" update. Run the installer again to let it just update your files and you're set to go. The installer auto-updates the CAB and injects Modtek for you.

IMPORTANT: v5.5.1 requires HBS BT patch 1.9.1. Update to that version before installing BTA v5.5.1.
