Description
Designed by the Taurian Concordat after they got a hold of a shipment of Banshee-6S mechs destined for the Steiner front lines, the -6T is a decidedly Periphery take on the Banshee. The -6T keeps the 380 rated light engine but strips out all the weapons in favor of three Heavy Rifles, three Rocket Launcher 15s, and six Medium Lasers. A single Small Laser sits in the head for good measure. The mech's heat dissipation systems, though double heat sinks, cannot cope with its prodigious heat but that was not seen as an insurmountable problem since the mech was expected to engage in heavy melee combat while cooling down.

Description
This Banshee has a true pedigree as it is the mech of Victor Vandergriff, a Solaris VII gladiator who once was a Grand Champion contender. Vandergriff and his opponent Michael Searcy were dueling for the Grand Championship when their fight breached the arena walls and triggered the Solaris Riots, often considered the flashpoint of the FedCom Civil War. Siren was reported destroyed as the riots concluded, yet here it is. Siren mounts twin ER PPCs and Medium Lasers with an LB-10X Autocannon and SRM-4 backing them. Interestingly, Siren also mounts four Jump Jets, giving it a dangerous surprise.
