Unique fixed gear equipped to some Cyclops. Allows the pilot of the Cyclops to effectively command dozens of units. This allows for a exceptional level of lance cohesion during combat, increasing the Initiative for the entire Lance. This stacks with the Master Tactician ability and Advanced Command Module.
