Description
The Mallard Republic found itself in need of a platform to test their new Mass Drivers on and so they delved deep into their old 'Mech designs, dredging up a rejected assault design. Repurposing and renaming it for an ancient stone-throwing weapon of war from old Terra, the design found new life as the Lithobolos. The 'base' model is armed with a Medium Mass Driver, as well as a pair each of NPCs and Medium Modal Lasers for support purposes. The Lithobolos served admirably as a testbed design and was later put into wider production for combat purposes.

The LTH-B2 model is armed with a Heavy Mass Driver, as well as a pair of Large Modal Lasers for support purposes. More than 10 Heat Negators and Controllers keep the prodigious waste heat managed. The Lithobolos served admirably as a testbed design and was later put into wider production for combat purposes.
