Description
Created by Clan Snow Raven to help bulk up their touman in a time of heavy uncertainty, the Omen entered service with the Ravens in 3065 and served to fill out their second-line galaxies with a durable, effective, rugged BattleMech. Though the Omen's 255-rated XL engine is slow by Clan standards, its 16.5 tons of armor and heavy armament perform perfectly well in its intended role as an assault bruiser. Armed with a LB-10X Autocannon, an ATM-12, two each ER and Pulse Medium Lasers, and a Large Pulse Laser, the Omen is quite capable of smashing just about anything to dust.
