Description

One of the most notable IIC BattleMechs, the Marauder IIC is based upon one of the most iconic 'Mechs in existence, the Marauder. As with the Warhammer IIC, the Marauder IIC is ten-tons heavier than its Inner Sphere progenitor, making it an assault mech. It keeps pace with its progenitor though and uses Endo-Steel and Ferro-Fibrous to free up weapon weight, each pod-like forearm carrying an ER PPC paired with Medium Pulse Lasers. It then replaces the original's autocannon with a third ER PPC and a brace of four ER Small Lasers. 21 double heat sinks struggle to keep the heat under control.

    Description

    One of the most notable IIC BattleMechs, the Marauder IIC is based upon one of the most iconic 'Mechs in existence, the Marauder. As with the Warhammer IIC, the Marauder IIC is ten-tons heavier than its Inner Sphere progenitor, making it an assault mech. Introduced back in 3025 but unknown to Inner Sphere intelligence forces until later, this variant replaces the ER PPC found in the left arm with the Medium Pulse Laser from the right arm. An LRM-10 with a ton of ammunition is added to the left torso and the ER Small Lasers in the center and right torsos are replaced with a single Medium Pulse Laser in each.

      Description

      A specialized arena design of the venerable Marauder IIC, the Scorch is a powerful and effective arena brawler. Armed with an extremely violent loadout of twinned Ultra AC/5s and Large Pulse Lasers backed by a quartet of Streak SRM-6s, the Scorch can devastate anything it can catch, though the ammo endurance is a bit poor and the mech runs hot.
